Insurance
Women's OB/GYN P.C. participates with most insurance companies in this area. We will automatically bill them for any covered service and will accept their payments as payment in full. This office holds that patients are ultimately responsible for the payment of their bills. You will be responsible for any services not covered under your contract or for services rejected by your insurance carrier. Patients are also responsible for any copays, coinsurances or deductible amounts.

Deposits
If a patient does not have insurance or if a service
is not covered by insurance, we ask for a deposit prior
to rendering the service. Someone from our credit department
will assist you in setting up a payment plan for the
remaining balance due.
Co-Insurance
If your insurance company requires that you will be responsible for part of a bill, this coinsurance must be paid prior to the services being rendered.
Obstetrical Services
If you have no insurance, you will be asked to pay
a $350.00 deposit before your first visit with us. The
balance of the total fees will be due in full before
delivery. Please contact our billing department to arrange
a payment plan.
Sterilization
Many insurance companies do not cover this surgical
procedure. If your policy does not cover it,
you will be asked to pay the entire fee prior to the surgery being booked.
Copays
Copays are to be paid at the time the service is rendered. It is required by your insurance carrier that we collect copays at that time.
Miscellaneous
- For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card.
- Any overpayment by you or your insurance company will be refunded promptly
- Lab tests - such as blood work, pap smears and other tests - ordered by Women's B-GYN, P.C. will be billed by the laboratory. any questions you may have with these bills should be directed to the lab that performed the test.
- If you have questions regarding your account, please contact the Billing Department at 989-792-7020. If your account has been turned over to a collection agency, Women 's OB-GYN will no longer be able to grant you medical services
