Meet Our Staff
Physicians
The staff of Obstetricians, Gynecologists and nurse practitioners
at Women's OB-GYN, P.C. in Saginaw, Bay City, and
Frankenmuth Michigan are expert in women's health care, from routine checkups
to emergency procedures. The physicians, and nurse
practitioners bring to this practice a wide range of medical experience,
including expertise in a number of specialty areas.
| Gerald A. Sieggreen, M.D.
Dr. Sieggreen, who is a Saginaw native,
came to Women's OB-GYN, P.C. in 1970.
He received his medical degree from
the Wayne State University School of
Medicine in 1963. Dr. Sieggreen served
as Captain in the Medical Corps U.S.
Army during Vietnam 1964-1966.
Dr. Sieggreen is
board certified by the American Board
of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow
of The American College of Obstetricians
and Gynecologists. He is an assistant
clinical professor at MSU. He is also
a member of the American Society of
Colposcopy and Colpomicroscopy which
is the special study of diseases of
the cervix and vulva. Dr. Sieggreen
currently practices gynecology.
Dr. Sieggreen and
his wife Alice have four children and
nine grandchildren. He enjoys hiking,
exercise and playing cards.
Dr. Sieggreen’s
Saginaw nurse is Joanne Johnson, R.N.

| Steven G. Fettinger, M.D.
Dr. Fettinger is a graduate of the University
of Michigan Medical School in 1974.
He completed his residency in Grand
Rapids and relocated to Saginaw in 1977,
when he joined Women's OB-GYN, P.C.
Dr. Fettinger is
board certified by the American Board
of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is
also a Fellow of the American College
of Obstetricians and Gynecologists,
the American Fertility Society, the
American College of Surgeons, the Society
of Reproductive Surgeons and a member
of the Accreditation Council for Gynecologic
Endoscopy. Dr. Fettinger is an assistant
clinical professor at MSU and is active
in the treatment of endometriosis and
infertility and is practicing both obstetrics
and gynecology.
Dr. Fettinger is
the father of seven children and two
grandchildren and enjoys attending all
their events. His outside interests
include skiing and horses.
Dr. Fettinger’s
Saginaw nurse is Jan Hubbell, R.N.

| Audrey E. Stryker, M.D.
Dr. Audrey E. Stryker, a native of Mid-Michigan
returned to Saginaw after a tour in
the USAF and joined Women’s OB-Gyn,
P.C. in 1992. She is a 1984 graduate
of the Wayne State University School
of Medicine and completed her residency
at Wayne State affiliated hospitals
in Detroit.
Dr. Stryker is board
certified by the American Board of Obstetrics
and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the
American College of Obstetricians and
Gynecologists. She is also an assistant
clinical professor at MSU. Dr. Stryker’s
practice consists of gynecology including
infertility and menopause health maintenance,
as well as obstetrics including the
care of patients with high risk concerns.
Dr. Stryker and
her husband Michael have three daughters
– Sarah, Molly, and Emily. Together,
they enjoy music and sports.
Dr. Stryker’s
Saginaw nurse is Judy Stork, LPN.

| Thomas M. Minnec, M.D.
Dr. Minnec comes to us from Naperville,
Illinois. Dr. Minnec received his medical
degree from The Finch University of
Health Sciences, The Chicago Medical
School in 1995. He completed his OB-GYN
residency at Lutheran General Medical
Center, Park Ridge, Illinois in June
of 1999 and joined us in July 1999.
Dr. Minnec is board
certified with the American Board of
Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow
of The American College of Obstetricians
and Gynecologists. He is an assistant
clinical professor at MSU and is a member
of the American Urogynecology Society.
Dr. Minnec will be practicing both obstetrics
and gynecology with a focus on reconstructive
pelvic surgery and urinary incontinence.
Dr. Minnec, his
wife Kelly, and their four children
Alyssa, Kaylin, Jenna and Leah, enjoy spending
time together with outdoor activities
including camping, basketball, soccer
and swimming.
Dr. Minnec’s
Saginaw nurse is Cynthia Milavec, LPN.

| Andrew S. Wagner, M.D.
Andrew S. Wagner,
M.D., a native of Plymouth, Michigan,
joined us in August, 2000. He is a 1995
graduate of St. George’s University
of Medicine, Grenada and completed his
OB-GYN residency at State University
of New York, Health Science Center,
Syracuse, New York.
Dr. Wagner is board
certified with the American Board of
Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow
of the American College of Obstetricians
and Gynecologists. He practices both
obstetrics and gynecology. He is an
assistant clinical professor at MSU
and has a special interest in minimally
invasive surgery, infertility, and female
incontinence.
Dr. Wagner enjoys
spending time with his wife and three
children, Clare, A.J. and Olivia. Some of his
interests include skiing, classical
music and sailing with his family.
Dr. Wagner’s Saginaw nurse is Amy Schmoyer, R.N.

| Kristine K. Spence, D.O. Dr. Kristine
Spence is a 1996 graduate of the Michigan
State University College of Osteopathic
Medicine, East Lansing, Michigan. Her
OB-GYN residency was completed in June
2002 at Ingham Regional Medical Center,
Lansing, Michigan.
Dr. Spence is certified with the American Osteopathic Board of Family Practitioners and is board certified with the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is an assistant clinical
professor at MSU and practices both
obstetrics and gynecology with special
interest in the care of adolescent patients.
Dr. Spence and her husband Matthew live in Bay City
with their two boys, Conner and Eric. Both boys are currently
involved with hockey in the Saginaw
area.
Dr. Spence’s
Saginaw nurse is Linda Schiemann, R.N.

At the Frankenmuth office, Kendal Humpert, R.N. is the
nurse for all physicians.
Certified Nurse Midwives
In addition to the physicians of our group, we now have
three certified nurse midwives available for obstetrical care. They are
all recipients of bachelor degrees in nursing and hold masters degrees in nurse
midwifery. The nurse midwives are available to see you for your obstetrical
care in the office and for routine deliveries at the hospital.
The midwives are also available to see you for your well
health or contraceptive maintenance examinations.
| Kelley L. Hammis, C.N.M. Kelley
joined Women's OB-GYN, P.C. in 1995.
She received her B.S. degree in nursing
from the University of Michigan in 1992.
Kelley also attended the University
of Illinois at Chicago where she completed
her Masters degree in nurse midwifery.
She was board certified by the American
College of Nurse Midwifes in 1995. In
addition to her nurse midwifery practice,
Kelley also sees patients for well health
and contraceptive counseling.

| Mary Jo Goodchild, CNM
Mary Jo Goodchild CNM obtained her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nursing in 1986 from Saginaw Valley State College. She functioned as a Registered Nurse in cardiology and obstetrics for 12 years. Her obstetrical experience includes high and low risk obstetrics including postpartum and newborn care. Mary Jo received her Master's degree in Maternal Child Health from the University of Michigan in 1998. She received credentialing in ultrasound training at Wake Forest University in 2001. She has been employed at Women's OB/GYN since that time practicing full scope midwifery. She does initial OB physicals and check-ups, routine yearly exams, postpartum exams, limited obstetrical ultrasound and contraceptive counseling. Her role has also included labor and delivery at Covenant Healthcare for the last nine years.

| Lyric C.Walsh, CNM
Lyric Walsh graduated from the University of Michigan with both her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nursing in 2000 and her Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in nurse midwifery in 2007. Lyric worked as a Registered Nurse in obstetrics for 6 years. During that time she worked with high and low risk families including postpartum and newborn care. Lyric and her husband Michael have four children. The family enjoys gardening and spending time outdoors.

Nurse Practitioners
Our nurse practitioners are also available to see you for
your routine care or contraceptive counseling within our office. They
are always able to freely consult with one of our physicians regarding your
care. If you see them for your routine care, you can be assured that you
will receive the same high caliber care you have learned to expect from Women's
OB-GYN, P.C.
Maureen
E Smith, O.G.N.P.
Maureen joined us
in May 2004 and comes to us with 18
years experience in women’s healthcare.
She attended Saginaw Valley State University
where she received her B.S. in Nursing.
In 1987, Maureen completed the Nurse
Practitioner Program of Planned Parenthood
in Milwaukee, WI. She also received
her certification in Women’s Health
through the National Certification Corporation.
Maureen is now seeing patients in our
Saginaw and Bay City locations.

| Amy Copes, O.G.N.P. Amy joined
us in July 2001. She is a 1994 graduate
of Saginaw Valley State University where
she received a B.S.N. degree in nursing.
She continued her education with the
Planned Parenthood Federation, Nurse
Practitioner Program completed in 2000
and is board certified by the American
Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and
National Certification Corporation.
She received her Master’s degree
from Drexel University in Philadelphia,
PA in 2003. Amy is also a certified
nurse practitioner in infertility and
sees patients daily on infertility procedures.
She is also one of the four nurse practitioners
that perform colposcopic exams. Amy
is available to our patients for their
well health and contraceptive maintenance
care.

| Rhonda Ivan, O.G.N.P. Rhonda has
been with us since 1984, first as a
staff nurse and currently as one of
our four nurse practitioners. She holds
a B.S.N. from Grand Valley State College
in 1981 and was a graduate of the Nurse
Practitioner Program of Planned Parenthood
in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in 1990. Rhonda
is board certified by the American College
of Obstetrics and Gynecology, National
Certification Corporation. She currently
practices in women’s health care
across the life span and is a certified
colposcopist.

| Vickie L. Bannister, O.G.N.P.
Vicki is certified in women’s
health throughout the life span from
puberty through menopause. Vickie has
been with us since 1987. She attended
Kirkland Community College where she
received her L.P.N. status and Mid-Michigan
Community College for her R.N. degree.
In 1990, Vickie attended the Nurse Practitioner
Program of Planned Parenthood in Milwaukee,
Wisconsin and received her board certification
from the National Certification Corporation
for the Obstetrics, Gynecology and Neonatal
Nursing Specialties in November, 1990.
Vickie also has been certified in colposcopy
since 1996. Vickie is now seeing patients
in our Frankenmuth and Bay City offices.

| Becky Gruenberg, R.N.
Becky is the OB Coordinator for Women’s OB-GYN, P.C. Becky
joined our staff in 1993 and holds an Associates degree in nursing. She
came to us with extensive obstetrical experience gained as an employee with
Covenant HealthCare-Harrison. As the OB Coordinator, Becky is scheduled
to see each of our obstetrical patients for the initial visit with our office. The
patient’s health information is discussed at that visit as well as
prenatal and nutritional counseling. Becky continues to be a valuable
resource to our obstetrical patients throughout the entire pregnancy.
